Canopy Growth says Smiths Falls facility wins EU GMP certification
CGC•Canopy Growth said its Smiths Falls, Ontario, facility won EU GMP certification for cannabis manufacturing and packaging, covering softgels, oral liquids and dried flower.
1. Certification scope
The certification from Germany’s Tübingen Regional Council covers softgel manufacturing, primary packaging for softgels and oral liquids, and packaging of dried cannabis flower. Canopy Growth expects it to strengthen its EU supply chain for patient-ready medical cannabis products across Europe.
