Management comments on charter rates and dividend policy
The CEO said LNG spot strength was tied to the Middle East conflict. The average spot charter rate was $93,000 this year versus $39,000 last year.
The company also said an 18-month LNG charter was indexed to Atlantic spot rates for modern two-stroke vessels with no floor or ceiling. The board is expected to revisit dividend policy by year-end or in early 2027.
