Cardio Diagnostics Holdings announces annual shareholder meeting

Cardio Diagnostics Holdings will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Sept. 18, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on electing seven directors, including Meeshanthini V. Dogan and Warren Hosseinion.

A proposal seeks authorization for a future non-public issuance of common stock or related securities of at least 20% of shares outstanding.

Shareholders will also vote on ratifying Prager Metis CPAs as independent auditor for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
