CareTrust REIT released its sixth annual Corporate Sustainability Report, covering its skilled nursing, UK care homes and emerging seniors housing portfolio, and said it maintained ISS ESG Prime status.

1. Report highlights

CareTrust said its reporting aligns with TCFD and GRI frameworks. It completed physical climate risk assessments for newly acquired properties and launched broader portfolio resilience reviews, including energy benchmarking and performance requirements. The company also expanded green leasing provisions, collected utility data across its US and UK portfolios, offered incentives for efficiency projects and supported renewables at seven UK sites.
