Carlyle Credit Income Fund will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Sept. 15, 2026.
Preferred shareholders will vote on electing Joan McCabe as a Class II trustee for a three-year term expiring in 2029.
Other business may be considered if properly brought before the meeting.
