Carrier agreed to sell its NORESCO business to OPTERRA Energy Services, a unit of LS Power.
The deal was announced by Carrier Ventures on July 27, 2026.
Carrier framed the divestment as part of a portfolio simplification push to focus on core businesses.
The transaction is expected to close shortly.
Jefferies is advising Carrier on the sale.
