Mobile-Health Network Solutions, Jospong form joint venture with exclusive rights to deploy digital healthcare ecosystem in Ghana

Mobile-Health Network Solutions signed a definitive joint venture with Ghana’s Jospong to launch an AI-driven digital healthcare ecosystem in Ghana.

The venture, MHNS Ghana, holds exclusive rights to deploy and operate MNDR’s platform in Ghana.

Initial capitalization totals USD 2.5 million, including a USD 1.275 million cash contribution from Jospong. MNDR contributes proprietary technology valued at USD 1.225 million.

The venture targets teleconsultation, diagnostics and employer health benefits. The agreement runs for 10 years, with renewal options. It also sets a framework for expansion across Sub-Saharan Africa, subject to approvals.
