Cartesian Therapeutics says Descartes-08 retreatment cuts MG-ADL by 6.6 points at 12 months
RNAC•Cartesian Therapeutics reported that Descartes-08 retreatment in generalized myasthenia gravis reduced MG-ADL scores by 6.6 points at 12 months. Phase 3 AURORA topline data are expected in 1Q27, ahead of a planned mid-2027 BLA filing.
1. Retreatment results
Cartesian Therapeutics released additional Descartes-08 retreatment data for generalized myasthenia gravis at the 2026 AANEM meeting. Retreated patients showed symptom improvement that held through 12 months, with MG-ADL reduced by 6.6 points. The company said safety remained consistent with earlier results and no new concerns were reported during retreatment.
2. Upcoming milestones
Topline data from the Phase 3 AURORA study are expected in 1Q27, with a BLA filing planned for mid-2027.
