Carvana will add inspection and reconditioning operations at its ADESA Orlando wholesale auction site in Sanford, Florida. The expansion is intended to increase reconditioning capacity, build a local retail inventory pool and support faster delivery across Florida, with about 100 jobs planned over time across inspection, reconditioning and vehicle fulfillment.
2. Auction operations continue
The facility spans about 65 acres and has more than 3,000 parking spaces; it will maintain in-lane and digital wholesale auction services. The transition will use Carvana’s CARLI software to standardize operations across its reconditioning network.
