Casella Waste Q2 net income drops 27.6% to $3.8 million; revenue rises 16.9% to $543.7 million vs FY25

Year-to-date net cash provided by operating activities rose 15.3% from the prior-year period to $161 million; adjusted free cash flow (non-GAAP) increased 10.3% to $78.1 million.
The company raised its full-year revenue outlook to $2.09 billion–$2.11 billion and lowered its net income view to $0–$6 million. Casella said it closed five acquisitions in 2026 totaling about $165 million in annualized revenue.
Q2 results show higher revenue and lower net income
Casella Waste Systems posted Q2 2026 net income of $3.8 million, down 27.6% year over year, while revenue rose 16.9% to $543.7 million.
- Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) increased 12.5% from a year earlier to $123.2 million.
- Solid waste pricing climbed 5.5% versus Q2 2025, driven by 5.8% collection price growth and disposal price growth.
