Cass Information Systems posted record Q2 net income of $10.6 million, lifting diluted EPS to $0.81.
Adjusted net income from continuing operations (non-GAAP) rose 18.1% to $9.2 million, with adjusted diluted EPS up 22.4% to $0.71.
Revenue increased 12.49% to $49.94 million.
Net interest margin widened 22 basis points to 4.00% from a year earlier, while transportation dollar volumes climbed 7.4% to $10.1 billion.
Personnel expenses fell 2.4%, asset quality stayed firm with no loan charge-offs, and non-performing loans were cut 76.4% versus Dec. 31, 2025.
