Castle Biosciences says TissueCypher test drives management changes in 90% of non-dysplastic Barrett’s patients in new study
CSTL•Castle Biosciences said a study found clinicians changed management in 90% of non-dysplastic Barrett’s esophagus cases after receiving TissueCypher test results.
1. Study findings
The study, conducted at a specialist surgery center, found test results supported more intensive follow-up or treatment for higher-risk patients and less intensive surveillance for lower-risk patients. Findings were presented Sept. 27 at the American College of Surgeons Clinical Congress 2026 in Washington, D.C.
