Shareholders will also vote on amending the trust agreement to reflect the revised contribution amount tied to the extension.

The proposal also authorizes adjournment of the meeting if more time is needed to secure votes on the extension package.

Cayson Acquisition Corp. said shareholders will meet virtually on Sept. 23, 2026 to vote on extending the deadline to complete a business combination.

The extension would permit monthly extensions through Sept. 23, 2027, funded by insider loans of $60,000 per month into trust.
