CBB Bancorp names Jeffrey D. Green audit committee chair effective Oct. 1, 2026
CBBI•CBB Bancorp appointed Jeffrey D. Green to its board and Commonwealth Business Bank’s board. He will become chair of CBB Bancorp’s audit committee on Oct. 1, 2026.

Green was most recently an independent director and audit committee chair at HomeStreet, Inc. He spent more than three decades at Moss Adams LLP, now Baker Tilly US, retiring as a partner.
