Vietnam refinery reportedly signs crude oil deal with ExxonMobil Asia Pacific
XOM•Petrovietnam Refining and Petrochemical Corp. BSR signed a framework agreement with ExxonMobil Asia Pacific for crude oil supplies to its 130,000-barrel-per-day refinery.
1. Crude supply agreement
BSR said it is seeking to diversify crude sources, including US crude, to ensure sufficient feedstock for its refinery. The refinery can process 40 crude types, including 28 imported varieties; imported crude accounted for more than 30% of its feedstock last year.
