The proceeds will fully fund completion of the Regent Bank Amphitheater in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma (opening fall 2026) and the Sunset Amphitheater in McKinney, Texas (opening Q1 2027), structured as long-term fixed-rate property tax assessments without equity issuance.
