Shareholders will also consider a group restructuring that moves five Malaysian operating subsidiaries under a new holding company, spinning off the existing Malaysia HoldCo.
The company will seek approval to double Class B voting rights to 100 votes per share, alongside redomiciliation to the British Virgin Islands.
Constitutional changes and meeting authority
Also on the agenda is adoption of new amended constitutional documents, with authority to adjourn the meeting to solicit additional proxies if needed.
Extraordinary general meeting planned in Malaysia
CCH Holdings will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Bukit Mertajam, Malaysia on Sept. 3, 2026.
The meeting will include a vote on a repurchase and cancellation of 1,667,000 Class A shares held by executives, to be replaced with the same number of Class B shares.
