CDT Environmental Technology Investment Holdings held an extraordinary general meeting on July 28, 2026; shareholders passed all resolutions.
- Shareholders adopted a name change to a new dual foreign name, effective only upon issuance of a change-of-name certificate.
- Authorized share capital increase was adopted, raising it to US$31.25 million divided into 500,000,000 ordinary shares of US$0.0625 each.
- A share consolidation of Class A and Class B shares was authorized within a 1-for-5 to 1-for-10 range; it will occur only if the board sets a ratio.
- Redesignation of 182,983 Class A shares into Class B shares was authorized; it will be executed only once required procedures are completed.
