CDT Equity filed an amended Form 8-K to add Item 2.01 disclosure tied to its Sarborg Limited investments.
The amendment also added Item 9.01 commitments to provide acquired-business financial statements and pro forma financial information in a later filing.
Those financials are due no later than 71 calendar days after the original Form 8-K filing deadline for the July 30, 2026 report.
