CEECAT Capital completed the sale of Hermann Müller Medizintechnik (HMM), a manufacturer of sterilization container systems and surgical devices, to STERIS. The transaction was signed on August 17, 2026.
2. HMM growth and operations
Since the investor’s initial investment in June 2021, HMM more than tripled revenue while significantly strengthening profitability. The Tuttlingen-headquartered business has manufacturing operations in Turkey and serves customers in more than 90 countries.
