Celanese amended its revolving credit agreement on July 31, 2026, lifting the consolidated net leverage covenant to 5.50:1.00 through March 31, 2027.
The leverage limit steps down under a revised schedule through the facility’s maturity date.
Debt capacity for foreign-subsidiary acquisition financing and Chinese-subsidiary corporate purposes rose to $1.05 billion from $900 million.
