Phase 2 topline results for prurigo nodularis
Celldex published topline Phase 2 results for barzolvolimab in prurigo nodularis, using a June 25, 2026 data cutoff.
The trial missed the Week 12 primary endpoint on itch response, with p=0.868 for 150 mg and p=0.428 for 300 mg.
Key secondary endpoints also missed, including IGA-CNPG-S response (p=0.317; p=0.748) and combined itch-plus-IGA response (p=0.411; p=0.565).
