Celularity delays filing June-quarter Form 10-Q

Celularity filed a Form 12b-25 to delay its quarterly report for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026.

The company expects to file the Form 10-Q within five calendar days of the original due date.

Liquidity constraints, limited accounting staffing, a delayed financial close, and slowed preparation of consolidated financial statements drove the missed deadline.

No significant change in results of operations is expected versus the year-earlier period.
