Cemex supplies concrete for Los Angeles Metro D Line extension
CX•Cemex supplied more than 300,000 cubic yards of concrete for the completed first section of the Los Angeles Metro D Line Extension and expects to deliver more than 400,000 additional cubic yards for its remaining two phases.
1. Concrete for extension
Cemex supplied more than 300,000 cubic yards of concrete for Section 1 of the D Line Extension and expects to deliver more than 400,000 additional cubic yards across Sections 2 and 3. The completed section adds three underground stations; the full extension will add approximately nine miles of subway service connecting Downtown Los Angeles to the Westside.
