CEMIG updates corporate financial calendar for 2026

CEMIG scheduled its 2025 audited financial statements for release on March 19, 2026, and set dates for quarterly filings, its annual shareholders’ meeting and other corporate disclosures.

1. Key calendar dates

CEMIG set March 19, 2026, for its full-year 2025 audited financial statements, including the DFP filing. Its first-, second- and third-quarter ITR filings are due May 7, Aug. 13 and Nov. 12, respectively. The annual shareholders’ meeting is scheduled for April 30, with the management proposal and meeting notice slated for March 31.

2. Other disclosures

CEMIG scheduled its annual reference form filing for May 22, 2026, and its Brazilian Corporate Governance Code report for July 17. A call on third-quarter 2026 results is set for Nov. 13.
