Cemtrex adopts Nevada bylaws after reincorporation from Delaware

1. Nevada bylaws take effect
Cemtrex’s Nevada bylaws took effect at 12:01 a.m. ET on Oct. 7, 2026, replacing its prior Delaware bylaws and governance under Delaware corporate law. The company said the Nevada governing documents include exclusive-forum, exculpation and indemnification provisions that change certain stockholder rights.
