Cemtrex subsidiary Vicon wins about $900,000 US corrections facility security order

Vicon Industries, a Cemtrex subsidiary, won an approximately $900,000 purchase order to outfit a U.S. corrections facility with its security platform.

The award covers end-to-end surveillance hardware, software, workstations, servers, PCs, housings, mounts, lenses and accessories.

The order came through a detention-security systems integrator; the integrator and end customer were not disclosed.

Shipment is expected in the current fiscal quarter.
