Centene slips as longtime CFO plans retirement, successor named

- The health insurer says Drew Asher will step down as CFO on Dec. 31 and retire at the end of 2027
- Adds that Lincoln Financial CFO Chris Neczypor will join Centene in September and succeed Asher on Jan. 1, 2027
- Says revenue grew to ~$195 bln in 2025 from ~$126 bln in 2021 with Asher as CFO
- Including session's move, stock up ~58% YTD
