Centerra Gold to buy 9.9% stake in Mundoro Capital for C$4.08 million
CGAU•Centerra Gold will invest approximately C$4.08 million in Mundoro Capital through a private placement for a 9.9% stake, subscribing for 12,374,000 shares at C$0.33 each.
1. Private placement terms
Centerra Gold will subscribe for 12,374,000 Mundoro Capital common shares at C$0.33 each. Closing is expected around November 27, 2026, subject to corporate and regulatory approvals, including acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
2. Use of proceeds
Mundoro Capital plans to use the proceeds for exploration at non-partnered projects and general working capital. Centerra will have participation rights in future equity financings to maintain its ownership stake.
