Centerspace cuts credit facility borrowing capacity by $150 million to $250 million

Credit facility capacity reduced

Centerspace elected to terminate a previously exercised accordion option under its credit agreement with Bank of Montreal as administrative agent.

Aggregate borrowing capacity is set to fall by USD 150 million to USD 250 million, effective Aug. 28, 2026. The accordion had lifted capacity to USD 400 million from USD 250 million on May 29, 2025.

All other material terms of the credit agreement remain unchanged.
