BIO-key entered a collaboration with the Central Bank of Jordan on a national biometric authentication initiative for Jordan’s financial sector.
The project targets biometric-first login to cut reliance on passwords or tokens for end clients across a market serving 11.6 million people.
CBJ plans to use BIO-key’s PortalGuard and WEB-key to support biometric authentication across digital banking environments.
Implementation scope, framework and timeline remain under development between the parties.
