Danielle Hunter was appointed executive vice president, chief legal and administrative officer, corporate secretary, replacing Jason S. Wilcock; effective immediately.
Hunter most recently was president of Berry Corporation; she has led public-company legal, governance, compliance, risk management, strategy roles in energy.
