Century Casinos appointed Lyle Randolph as Executive Vice President of U.S. Operations, effective May 15, 2026. Randolph, formerly a regional Vice President and General Manager, will oversee operational strategy, performance metrics and day-to-day management across the U.S. segment.
2. U.S. Property Portfolio
Randolph will assume responsibility for seven U.S. properties comprising 4,701 slot machines, 93 table games, 2,127 hotel rooms and over 20 food and beverage venues across Colorado, Missouri, West Virginia, Maryland and Nevada.

With more than 30 years in gaming and hospitality, Randolph has navigated multiple ownership transitions and managed over $80 million in capital development projects that delivered more than 70% growth in Adjusted EBITDAR.
