Century Communities acquired substantially all assets of HMH Lifestyles, which operates as HistoryMaker Homes and was founded in 1949. The deal triples Century Communities’ community count in Dallas-Fort Worth and expands its lot pipeline there. The operations will combine in a Grapevine-based division, with HistoryMaker leadership joining the business; construction, sales and closings will continue on existing schedules.
