Century Communities opened its Heritage at Cannery community in Stockton, offering nine floor plans from upper $500s and two model homes available now, with two more debuting in April. 1. Grand Opening Event
On March 14, Century Communities hosted the grand opening of Heritage at Cannery in Stockton, marking the debut of its newest residential community. Two model homes are open for tours now, with two additional models scheduled to open in April, showcasing the builder’s latest designs.

Heritage at Cannery offers nine single- and two-story plans ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2.5 to 4 bathrooms, up to 3,519 sq ft. Each plan includes options such as multigenerational suites, main-floor dens, loft spaces, deluxe primary baths, quartz countertops and integrated smart home technology.
3. Online Homebuying Platform
Century Communities rolls out its industry-first online homebuying experience for all available homes in California, allowing buyers to select a home, submit an earnest money deposit and sign purchase contracts electronically via DocuSign.
