FSV•FirstService’s subsidiary Century Fire Protection has acquired Texas-based GSC Fire & Security (founded 2004) and Florida’s Titan Fire Protection (est. 1997) to expand fire sprinkler and alarm installation, inspection and retrofit services across the Sun Belt’s Austin, San Antonio, Tampa and Central Florida markets. Management teams retain minority stakes.

Century Fire Protection has acquired GSC Fire & Security and Titan Fire Protection. GSC, founded in 2004 and based in Austin, provides fire alarm installation, inspection, repair and monitoring in the Austin and San Antonio areas. Titan, established in 1997 in Tampa, delivers fire sprinkler installation and retrofit services across Tampa and Central Florida. Both management teams maintain minority equity interests and will oversee daily operations.

These deals bolster Century’s presence in high-growth Sun Belt markets by deepening its fire sprinkler and alarm capabilities.
