The company entered definitive agreements to sell 2.5 million shares of common stock at $4.00 per share in a direct registered offering under Nasdaq rules. The $10 million in proceeds are earmarked for ongoing clinical programs and general corporate purposes, with closing expected on June 22 subject to customary conditions.
