Ceva secured 10 NeuPro neural processing unit licensing agreements during 2025, including strategic deals with a top-tier PC original equipment manufacturer and Microchip Technology. These wins pushed AI to represent more than 20% of the company’s licensing revenue and validated its scalable NPU architecture across PC, automotive, consumer and industrial platforms.

2. Strong Fourth-Quarter Financials

In Q4 2025, Ceva delivered $31.3 million in revenue, up 7% year-over-year and marking the highest quarterly figure in company history. The quarter featured 18 IP licensing agreements across AI, connectivity and sensing, 606 million Ceva-powered devices shipped and an upsized balance sheet following a $63 million net capital raise.

3. Full-Year Results and Outlook

Full-year 2025 revenue reached $109.6 million, a 2% increase driven by 54 licensing agreements and record device shipments of 2.1 billion units. With multiple customers on track to tape out silicon by end-2026 and growing AI royalty streams, Ceva expects to build on its smart edge momentum into 2026.
