Interest and dividend income from trust investments rose to $686,681 from $248,334, while formation and operating costs fell to $103,331.
Six-month results return to profit amid going-concern warning
For the six months ended June 30, 2026, net income totaled $1.15 million, compared with a net loss of $187,383 in the prior-year period.
Cash outside the trust account fell to $16,618 at June 30, 2026, and the company reported a working capital deficit of $285,727. Working capital loans outstanding reached $334,815. Management said there is substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern absent additional funding or a business combination.
