Change Agents announces special shareholder meeting

Change Agents Corporation will hold a virtual special stockholder meeting on Sept. 22, 2026.

Stockholders will vote on a potential common stock issuance tied to a $10 million equity purchase agreement priced at $0.30 per share. They will also vote on issuing 925,925 shares underlying a warrant with a $0.01 exercise price.

Other items include approvals for conversions of two February 2026 promissory notes, plus share issuances for forbearance and consultant agreements.

Stockholders will also vote to raise authorized common shares to 125,000,000, plus approval for future capital-raising issuances within set limits.
