Chanson International Holding announces extraordinary shareholder meeting
CHSN•Chanson International Holding will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Urumqi, China, on Oct. 26, 2026, to vote on changes to its share capital, governing documents and a 100-for-1 share consolidation.
1. Meeting proposals
Shareholders will vote on a sharp increase in authorized share capital, followed by a par-value reduction and share subdivision. Proposals also include amended and restated governing documents, a 100-for-1 consolidation of Class A and Class B ordinary shares with fractional shares rounded up, and authorization to adjourn the meeting if more time is needed to secure votes.
