Chevron, Exxon Mobil and GoDaddy reportedly see analyst target changes

Bernstein raised 3M to market-perform from underperform and increased its target to $171 from $145. Gulfport Energy was cut to hold from buy, with its target lowered to $180 from $239; Twilio was cut to reduce by HSBC.
