HONG KONG, July 22 (Reuters) - China's Commerce Ministry said on Wednesday it had expressed its strong dissatisfaction to the European Union over its record €550 million ($629 million) fine on Alibaba's 9988.HK AliExpress.
It urged the EU to stop what it called "abusing discretionary power via ambiguity of legal provisions", according to a Chinese statement.
