The company generated NT$1,554.8 million in free cash flow and holds NT$14,858.9 million in cash, with a board-approved NT$1.23 per share dividend planned.
1. Q4 Revenue and Gross Profit Growth
ChipMOS posted fourth-quarter revenue of NT$6,521.1 million (US$207.9 million), up 20.8% from NT$5,399.6 million a year earlier and 6.1% sequentially, while gross profit expanded by 81.7% compared to Q4 2024.
2. Net Earnings and EPS Performance
Net profit attributable to shareholders reached NT$499.7 million (US$15.9 million), or NT$0.72 per basic share (US$0.46 per ADS), versus NT$232.2 million (US$7.4 million), or NT$0.32 per share (US$0.20 per ADS) in Q4 2024.
3. Free Cash Flow and Balance Sheet Strength
For full-year 2025, ChipMOS generated NT$1,554.8 million (US$49.6 million) in net free cash inflow and ended the year with NT$14,858.9 million (US$473.7 million) in cash and cash equivalents.
4. Dividend Distribution Plan
The board authorized a distribution of NT$1.23 per common share from capital surplus, subject to shareholder approval at the May 2026 annual general meeting.
