Chubb names Sean Ringsted chief scientist, executive vice president

Chubb named Sean Ringsted Chief Scientist, Executive Vice President, Chubb Group, effective immediately.
The role will lead artificial intelligence, data and analytics strategy and initiatives worldwide.
Ringsted was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Business Officer, where he led AI efforts globally.
His earlier roles include Chief Risk Officer (2008-2023), Chief Digital Officer (from 2017) and Chief Actuary (2004-2017).
