CM•CIBC Innovation Banking arranged a syndicated debt facility backing Main Capital’s acquisition of Orgvue, with proceeds funding the buyout and growth initiatives.
1. Facility details
The facility will support Orgvue’s product development, international expansion, enterprise engagement and future acquisitions. The London-based workforce management software provider serves nearly 200 enterprise customers and supports more than 50 consulting firms through its cloud platform.
