CirTran posted Q2 net sales of $1.17 million, rising more than fivefold. Net loss from continuing operations narrowed to $95,517.
Operating income was $160,628, swinging from an operating loss a year earlier, while SG&A climbed to $329,829 on promotional activity.
Six-month results and liquidity remain under pressure
For the six-month period, net sales rose to $2.33 million, up 270.8%, and net loss from continuing operations narrowed to $161,254.
Discontinued operations swung to a $2.27 million gain on extinguishment of time-barred debt. Cash was about $158,000 at June 30.
Going-concern doubt persisted with a working-capital deficit of about $20.3 million. Management plans include boosting revenue, cutting costs, and raising financing.
