- 349 of 350 respondents expect communication problems, with delivery milestones the top concern at 33%.
- Modernisation is seen as incremental: 85% want next-generation infrastructure built around today’s systems, rising to 98% among senior executives.
- Clear governance was flagged as critical by 100% of executive leaders, versus 59% of product and innovation leaders.
