City Holding names WVU Health System chief legal officer Jessica Alsop to board
CHCO•City Holding appointed Jessica Alsop to its board effective immediately. She will stand for shareholder election in April 2027, and the board plans to recommend her as a Class I director with a term ending at the 2030 annual meeting.

City Holding Company appointed Jessica Alsop to its board, effective immediately. Alsop has been senior vice president and chief legal officer at West Virginia University Health System since 2019; she previously served as in-house counsel at Noble Energy and spent 12 years at Jackson Kelly.
