- City Holding Company posted net income of $33.3 million, or $2.35 a share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
- Net interest income rose 1.9% to $60.8 million from the prior quarter; net interest margin was unchanged at 3.97%.
- Provision for credit losses was $0.4 million, compared with a $0.6 million provision in the prior quarter.
- Non-interest income increased to $20.8 million from $19.5 million a year earlier; non-interest expense edged up to $39.8 million from $39.2 million.
- Nonperforming assets fell to $10.6 million, or 0.24% of loans and other real estate owned, from $12.2 million, or 0.27%, at March 31, 2026.
